Behind Ishmaya is a personal story.
Ishmaya began with a feeling I couldn't put into words. A fascination with the things that make us pause: the rituals that bring us back to ourselves, and the objects we hold onto because, over time, they start to mean something more.
I was drawn to the metaphysical world not for what these objects were, but for what they could represent. A crystal could become a reminder. A bath could become a way of letting go of the day.
